Orion Datum transformation software is a computer program designed to transform co-ordinates between the old (Cape Datum) system and the new WGS84 based Hartebeesthoek 94 datum.

Orion has a mean square error of 15 mm and is used by all the Surveyors General for the transforming of Cadastral information.
